1. Identity and address of the data controller
Voldramix S.A. de C.V., with offices at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 250, Floor 14, Colonia Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of your personal data under the Mexican Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.
2. Personal data we collect
To subscribe you to our newsletter we collect: full name, email address and, optionally, your city of residence. Through analytics cookies we may collect navigation data such as truncated IP, device type and visited pages, provided that you give your consent.
3. Purposes of processing
Primary purposes: send the monthly newsletter, answer queries and maintain a historical record of subscribers for statistical purposes. Secondary purposes (not necessary): satisfaction surveys and invitations to free informational events. You may object to the secondary purposes without affecting your subscription.
4. Data transfers
Voldramix does not sell or lease your personal data for commercial purposes. We only share data with technology providers that deliver email services, under contractual clauses ensuring a level of protection equivalent to that of the LFPDPPP.
5. ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO rights) at any time, and revoke your consent, by sending an email to privacidad@voldramix.com. The request must include your full name, a valid official ID and a clear description of the right you wish to exercise.
6. Use of cookies and similar technologies
The site uses strictly necessary cookies for its operation and, subject to consent, analytics and advertising cookies. We implement Google Consent Mode v2 to honor your choices in every session. See our Cookie Policy for details.
7. Retention period
We keep your data for as long as your subscription remains active and for an additional twelve months for audit purposes. Once that period ends, data is securely deleted.
8. Changes to this privacy notice
Any change to this notice will be communicated through voldramix.com and, where applicable, via a message to the email address on file. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document.
9. Supervisory authority
If you consider that your right to data protection has been violated, you may file a complaint with the Mexican National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI), Av. Insurgentes Sur 3211, Col. Insurgentes Cuicuilco, Coyoacán, 04530, Mexico City.
